George learned to slow smoke brisket from his Dad in Houston, Texas.   We decided to turn his love for BBQ into a business and also do some BBQ competitions.

Our business officially opened June 25th of 2010 sharing space with the Freeman Country Store on Hqy 27.  Its a great location with lots of traffic. 

In 2011 we accepted an invitation from Barney’s Harvest Foods on Dishman Mica, so we are split between the two locations.

Our customer base continues to grow and we enjoy talking BBQ with everyone.
